Ingredients: Proprietary blend of 100% certified organic: Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Cleaver Herb (Galium aparine), Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomilla)**, Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita), Elder Berry Flower (Sambucus nigra), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Lemon Balm Leaf (Melissa officinalis), Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea officinalis)**, Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)**, Red Clover Herb (Trifolium pratense), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)**.

Cautions: Keep away from children.

Chamomile Flower: Use cautiously if allergic to ragweed, asters, or daisies.

Licorice Root: Consult your physician before use if you may have heart disease, high blood pressure, hormone-sensitive cancer, glaucoma, or diabetes. May increase the effects of diuretics and other medicines.

Marshmallow Root and Leaf: Warning: Should be taken with a MINIMUM of  250 ml (8 oz) of liquid.

Before using: It’s always a good idea to consult a health care provider before use if you may be pregnant or are nursing, have allergies or medical conditions, or are taking medications.  *Statements not evaluated by the FDA.

Brewing a good cup of herbal tisane/tea: Brew hot or cold! The longer you steep the herbs, the more the tannins will be released (that’s the bitter taste). We prefer to add more herbs to the cup/container rather than steeping too long. Experiment to find YOUR preferred steeping time.

Hot Brew: Place the desired amount of loose-leaf herbs in a cup or teapot and pour hot water over them to keep all the good aromatics inside! Cover the container and steep for 3 to 15 minutes (to your desired taste). Do not use boiling water, just nice hot water. Once steeped, strain with an infuser and enjoy!

Cold Brew: Place herbs in a glass jar or other suitable container and pour cold or room-temperature water over them. Cover the container and leave it on your sink for up to 30 minutes for “sink tea.” You can also place it covered in your refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Strain with a tea infuser and enjoy!
