Suggested Use: Use one teaspoon of the cut and sifted dried botanical as a tea. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, according to your desire and taste. Roots may be steeped longer than flowers. Strain and enjoy hot or cold daily, with or without your preferred sweetener. Its small cut and sifted form makes it easy to use in teas and tinctures.

Chamomile Flower sheds tiny parts of the petals and may settle to the bottom of the bag. You can put the combined flowers and fine parts in a tea bag or sift and save the larger parts to use with one of our stainless steel tea strainers, then save the flower's fine particles for a reusable or disposable tea bag.
