Flavor Profile: After a spring rain, the healing aroma of wildflowers, roots, and berries blends into overtones of flowers and earth, with undertones of spice and a hint of astringent tang.

Ingredients: Proprietary blend of Certified Organic: Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Pau d' Arco Bark (Tabebuia avellanedae) ws, Cleavers Herb (Galium aparine) ws, Elder Berry (Sambucus nigra), Goldenseal Leaf (Hydrastis canadensis), Red Root (Ceanothus americana) ws, Echinacea Herb (Echinacea angustifolia), Echinacea Herb (Echinacea purpurea), Elder Flower (Sambucus nigra), Oregano Leaf (Origanum vulgare), Oregon Grape Root (Mohonia aquifolium) ws, Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomilla)**, Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita), Anise, Star (Illicium verum), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Hawthorne Leaf and Flower (Crataegus laevigata).

 ws: responsibly & sustainably wild-sourced

Cautions: Keep away from children.

Chamomile Flowers**: Use cautiously if allergic to ragweed, asters, or daisies.

Before using: It’s always a good idea to consult a health care provider before use if you may be pregnant or are nursing, have allergies, or medical conditions, or are taking medications.  *Statements not evaluated by the FDA.

Brewing a good cup of herbal tisane/tea: Brew hot or cold! The longer you steep the herbs, the more the tannins will be released (that’s the bitter taste). We prefer to add more herbs to the cup/container rather than steeping too long. Experiment to find YOUR preferred steeping time.

Hot Brew: Place the desired amount of loose-leaf herbs in a cup or teapot, and pour hot water over them to keep all the good aromatics inside! Cover the container and steep for 3 to 15 minutes (to your desired taste). Do not use boiling water, just nice hot water. Once steeped, strain with an infuser and enjoy!

Cold Brew: Place herbs in a glass jar or other suitable container and pour cold or room-temperature water over them. Cover the container and either leave it on your sink for up to 30 minutes for “sink tea” or place it covered in your refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Strain with a tea infuser and enjoy!
