Description: The liver and our body’s eliminative channels are complex, so it’s no wonder our Darn Good Detox & Rebuild blend is complex too! Powerful adaptogens, natural detox herbs, and gentle body-system rebuilding botanicals. Gentle enough to drink daily.*

Flavor Profile: Smooth and uplifting notes of forest meadows, warm undertones of savory earth, cooling hints of mint, and a light touch of astringent bite.

Ingredients: Proprietary blend of Certified Organic: Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Chickweed Herb (Stellaria media), Cleavers Herb (Galium aparine), Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia aquifolium), Pau d' Arco Bark (Tabebuia avellanedae), Red Root (Ceanothus americana) ws, Milk Thistle Leaf (Silybum marianum), Red Clover Blossoms (Trifolium pratense), Yellowdock Root (Rumex crispus)**, Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea officinalis)**, Nettle Leaf, Stinging (Urtica dioica), Parsley Leaf (Petroselinum crispum), Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita), Uva Ursi Leaf (Arctostaphylos uva ursi).  ws: responsibly & sustainably wild-sourced.

Cautions: Keep away from children.

Marshmallow Leaf**: Warning: Should be taken with at least 250 ml (8 oz) of liquid.

Yellowdock Root**: Individuals with a history of kidney stones should use this herb cautiously.

Before using: It’s always a good idea to consult a health care provider before use if you may be pregnant or are nursing, have allergies, or medical conditions, or are taking medications.  *Statements not evaluated by the FDA.

Brewing a good cup of herbal tisane/tea: Brew hot or cold! The longer you steep the herbs, the more the tannins will be released (that’s the bitter taste). We prefer to add more herbs to the cup/container, rather than steeping too long. Experiment to find YOUR preferred steeping time.

Hot Brew: place the desired amount of loose-leaf herbs in a cup or teapot, and pour hot water over the herbs to keep all the good aromatics inside! Cover the container and steep for 3 to 15 minutes (to your desired taste). Do not use boiling water, just nice hot water. Once steeped, strain with an infuser and enjoy!

Cold Brew: Place herbs in a glass jar or other suitable container, and pour cold or room temperature water. Cover the container and leave it on your sink for up to 30 minutes, for “sink tea”. Or place covered in your refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Strain with a tea infuser and enjoy!
