Flavor Profile: Rich earthy top notes, lifted up by crisp, clean and green undertones. Sure to warm your senses!

Ingredients: Proprietary blend of Certified Organic: Eleuthero Root, Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Sencha Leaf Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Yerba Mate Ilex paraguariensis), Ginkgo Biloba Leaf (Ginkgo biloba)**, Gotu Kola Herb (Centella asiatica) ws+ **, Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Rhodiola Root(Rhodiola rosea).  ws: responsibly & sustainably wild-sourced.

Cautions: Do not use if you may be pregnant or are nursing. Keep away from children.

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf**: Consult physician before use if you may have a coagulation condition or are on blood thinners.

Gotu Kola Herb+**: Not for pregnancy or while nursing.  Consult physician before use if you have a history of cancer, including skin cancer. This herb may affect how the liver metabolizes medications or increase the effects of certain medicines. Check with your doctor before using gotu kola if you take diuretics, antidepressants, diabetes medications, or drugs to lower cholesterol.

Before using: It’s always a good idea to consult a health care provider before use if you may be pregnant or are nursing, have allergies, or medical conditions, or are taking medications.  *Statements not evaluated by the FDA.

Brewing a good cup of herbal tisane/tea: Brew hot or cold! The longer you steep the herbs, the more the tannins will be released (that’s the bitter taste). We prefer to add more herbs to the cup/container, rather than steeping too long. Experiment to find YOUR preferred steeping time.

Hot Brew: Place the desired amount of loose-leaf herbs in a cup or teapot, and pour hot water over the herbs to keep all the good aromatics inside! Cover the container and steep for 3 to 15 minutes (to your desired taste). Do not use boiling water, just nice hot water. Once steeped, strain with an infuser and enjoy!

Cold Brew: Place herbs in a glass jar or other suitable container, and pour cold or room temperature water. Cover the container and leave it on your sink for up to 30 minutes, for “sink tea”. Or place covered in your refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Strain with a tea infuser and enjoy!
